Founded in 2021 by Lauren LeMaster and Rebeckah Blossman, Master and Man Design is a full-service interior design firm specializing in residential and small commercial projects. Our practice is to design alluring and livable spaces that strengthen the connection between people and the places they share.
Our services include general consulting, space planning, furnishing, material selection, technical drawings, construction management, procurement, and installation. We also offer consulting packages for real estate developers that include full selections, project management, and value engineering.
We have experience with projects of all scale from single room design to historic residential renovations, new construction builds, small commercial, restaurants, and more.

Rebeckah Blossman is an Owner and Principal Designer at Master and Man Design. Rebeckah is a graduate of Tulane University, where she received and Bachelor of Architecture with a Certificate in Historic Preservation, Master of Architecture, and Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development. She has had a fascination with the built environment since childhood and has focused her career on the ways design can transform and encourage the built environment in all scales. Rebeckah has worked as a Project Manager for design-build construction and real estate development firms. Coming from the construction field, Rebeckah brings her knowledge of construction techniques and practices to the firm in addition to her project management skills. Rebeckah believes that design should be authentic to the user and environment. She strives to create memorable spaces that balance the Client’s personal aesthetic, functional needs, and the space’s architectural character.

Lauren LeMaster is an Owner and Principal Designer at Master and Man Design. Lauren attended the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Interior Design. A Fayetteville native, Lauren relocated to New Orleans in 2015 after working for a residential and commercial interior design firm in Arkansas for several years. Since moving to New Orleans, Lauren has focused on a wide array of projects from residential new construction and renovations to large scale commercial hospitality. She has learned the ways of how a smaller office thrives on a tight schedule and the importance of personal interaction with every client. Lauren brings her extensive industry knowledge and design experience to the firm.
Lauren believes design can be beautiful and timeless while being sustainable and universal. She strives to create a balance of classical and contemporary design to achieve a unique space for each individual client.
